Cancellation policy

At Serene Hairdressing we value ourselves and you. We believe that our pricing structure reflects this value, our trust in the products we use and our commitment to training and education of all team members.

All our prices are inclusive of GST.

As an active member of Sustainable Salons Australia we include a surcharge in our pricing structure which allows us to cover the cost of being and environmentally friendly salon that also support multiple charitable organisations, to find out more visit http://sustainablesalons.org/

All prices are subject to variation without notice, having said that clients can expect price adjustments up to twice a year.

From January 1st 2019 all new colour clients will be required to pay a $100 deposit, and all other new clients will be required to pay a 50% deposit on booked services.

Missed appointments or bookings cancelled with less than 24 hours notice or arriving late will incur a loss of this deposit.

Serene Hairdressing reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed appointments. No shows will be required to pay a deposit for all future appointments. Booked appointments cannot be cancelled on arrival of visit
